User guidance and support –
When you first light these candles, allow the wax to melt to the edge of the tin, wax has memory and this will prevent tunneling in future. Keep the wick trimmed to approximately ¼ inch in between uses, and clear any foreign material such as matchsticks or wick trimmings before relighting. Please remove the burnt charred wick tip to ensure the wick burns evenly and melts the oils and wax at the correct rate.
All our candles are wood wick and soy wax. They become very hot within the tin after the wax begins to melt, so please be very careful. Only burn your candle on a level and secure surface that is heat and fire resistant. Never leave a burning candle unattended and well away from children, pets, curtains, blinds, drapes and other fabrics likely to catch fire.
Only burn our 100ml candles for a maximum of 2 hours. The 200ml candles should be extinguished after 4 hours maximum.
If your candle flame is having trouble staying lit, roll the candle so the melted wax moves away from the wick.
Please read all safety warnings before using this product.
